Shipping Partners

Shipping Time

• Order Processing: 1–3 business days

• Delivery Time (India): 4–8 business days depending on your location

• You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping (India): ₹89

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999

• Shipping charges (if any) are visible during checkout before payment is completed.

Packaging
All orders are packed securely in tamper-proof boxes or pouches to ensure your perfumes, jewelry, or accessories arrive safely and undamaged.

2. Damages, Delays & Lost Packages

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatch, but if your item:

• Arrives damaged

• Is delayed beyond 12 business days without updates

• Is lost in transit

Please contact us at 📧 support@ultrafeathers.com within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

Perfumes, imitation jewelry, and clutches are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless:

• You receive the wrong product

• The item is damaged upon delivery
